Talisay City Hall by morning

"Leadership is for service, not for power."
The Talisay City Hall was built in 2007 by former 3rd District Congressman Eduardo Guillas. The first establishment was built in Bonifacio Street, Poblacion but currently, it has been used as college campus for Talisay City College (TCC).
Located in South Road Properties, Mohon, the city hall is just about two kilometers from my home. I often enjoyed jogging with friends or relatives, during sunsets or sunrises. The sky has always been breath-taking. Smiling people, who run, hike, bike or dribble, tend to give their bodies a healthier fit. Hataw (as they call it) is undeniably a total work-out for those who stop by this hall every Saturday at 6 in the morning. Young and old seem to enjoy the instructor's way of exercising. The music uplifts every Talisaynon to energize, beat up and start the day right! It replenishes one soul to find time to relax, despite the heavy schedules from school and work.
Hmmm. Thinking about how it feels like to be with greens? Just imagine you're in paradise. This 'Baguio' feeling strikes my heart when I set my eyes to trees and those cheerful faces from the best and very hard-working employees. You've got to practice in returning those grins.

Today, an attraction designed by Architect Guillas named Plaza Talisay is soon to be open for the public. A great, new experience await us!
Trust me, this is the best place to unwind without spending a cent. It has the perfect spots to chat, laugh or do anything you want. If I were you, try to spend time with yourself and scribble mentally your own 'bucket list'. Tried it and it has become very effective!
